I am useing Notepad++

In the begining you have to look at your viewers and decide what they require. Following you need to locate the pages and determine their layout. Then you will write in the HTML code for the foudation of your page. Then proceed with formating the page to fit the viewers standards. Once you are finished with the HTML and CSS code and you have double checked for typos,then you are finialy finished. Lastly you have to choose a hosting platform upload then publish it.

I have learned how to program a website from absolute scratch.
